The colorful and affordable Nokia Lumia 710 is a no-nonsense smartphone that brings the Lumia experience to more people around the world.

First two smartphones based on Windows Phone introduce a range of new experiences designed to make everyday moments more amazing.

Nokia 800

Nokia Lumia 800, its first smartphone within the Lumia range running the Windows Phone operating system. This stunning new device combines a top-of-the-line feature set with a smooth single-piece body. The Nokia Lumia 800 offers the best Windows Phone experience to date, married with Nokia’s hardware know-how and software strengths.

This is an amazing phone to hold in your hand. The polycarbonate body is all subtle curves topped with a bright AMOLED ClearBlack display with toughened glass stretching to the sides of the phone. The Back, Start and Search buttons on the front of the screen are set in the glass, so there are no interruptions to the smooth surface. The phone comes in three vivid colours: black, cyan and magenta. On the back, there’s an eight-megapixel auto-focus camera with Carl Zeiss optics. The camera also shoots HD video at 30 frames per second. Social sharing or online storage can happen automatically or with two taps on the interface.

Inside, there’s a 1.4GHz processor and graphics co-processor driving the operating system to deliver a silky-smooth user experience. There’s 16GB of internal user memory, with cloud computing integrated to offer 25GB of free SkyDrive storage for your music and pictures. Communications are handled by a quadband reception, up to HSDPA 3G, WiFi and Bluetooth. Talktime is rated at up to 13 hours, or standby for up to 335 hours. It measures 116.5 x 61.2 x 12.1mm and weighs 142g.

The Nokia Lumia 800 takes the best of Windows Phone and adds to it with Nokia enhancements including Nokia Drive, which offers free turn-by-turn navigation and a dedicated in-car interface. Nokia Drive turns the Nokia Lumia 800 into a fully-fledged personal navigation device. Nokia Music introduces MixRadio, bringing a free, global, mobile music-streaming service with hundreds of locally-relevant channels available.

Socialites will love the Nokia Lumia 800’s social creds, too. Every major network is covered, offering sleek integration through communications and contacts to deliver an unrivalled social experience. The browser, Internet Explorer 9, offers fast, smooth performance – as well as broad support for the latest standards such as HTML5 applications.

The Nokia Lumia 800 will be available from November in France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK, across 31 operators. The estimated retail price is €420, before any local taxes or subsidies. Other territories including Hong Kong, India, Russia, Singapore and Taiwan will see the Nokia Lumia 800 before the end of the year, with even more markets following in early 2012

Nokia 710

Nokia Lumia 710 offers an accessible entrance to Windows Phone, enhanced with features that bring Nokia’s great strengths to bear. It’s a bright and fashionable phone, offering customization through exchangeable back covers and thousands of apps.

It comes in black and white varieties, with the choice of black, white, cyan, fuchsia and yellow back covers. The 3.7-inch screen offers an 800 x 480-pixel resolution with a ClearBlack TFT for great colors and readability even in bright sunlight. At the rear, there’s a five-megapixel auto-focus camera with an LED flash. The camera can also shoot HD video at 30 frames-per-second.

It’s designed for social, offering full integration of Facebook, Twitter and Linked-In, and photo-sharing can be done in just a couple of taps. The Internet experience on the Nokia Lumia 710 is powered by Internet Explorer 9, offering excellent performance and compatibility with a wide range of modern HTML5 web apps. Added to the Windows Phone software package is Nokia Drive, offering free turn-by-turn navigation and the latest version of Nokia Music featuring MixRadio which offers hundreds of locally-relevant music channels. Also on board is the Xbox Live Hub for gaming and Outlook Mobile for corporate email accounts.

Packing the same 1.4GHz processor, hardware acceleration and graphics processor as the Nokia Lumia 800, the Nokia Lumia 710 offers exceptional performance at this price point. Inside there’s 8GB of user storage memory and 512MB of RAM. It has quadband radio reception, 3G up to HSDPA, WiFi and Bluetooth, so the communications options are covered. The phone measures 119 x 62.4 x 12.5mm and weighs 125.5g.

Available from the end of 2011, the Nokia Lumia 710 will first appear in Hong Kong, India, Russia, Singapore and Taiwan before becoming available in further markets in 2012. The Nokia Lumia 710 is expected to cost around €270 before any local taxes or subsidies.

Both smartphones include signature Nokia experiences optimized for Windows Phone, including Nokia Drive, which delivers a full-fledged personal navigation device (PND) with free, turn-by-turn navigation and dedicated in-car-user-interface; and Nokia Music introducing MixRadio, a free, global, mobile music-streaming application that delivers hundreds of channels of locally-relevant music. In an update delivered later this year, Nokia Lumia users will also gain the ability to create personalized channels from a global catalogue of millions of tracks. Also integrated in Nokia Music is Gigfinder, providing the ability to search for live local music for a complete end-to-end music experience, as well as the ability to share discoveries on social networks and buy concert tickets also coming in the Nokia Music software update delivered later this year.

.

Nokia also announced its plans to introduce a portfolio of products into the US in early 2012 and into mainland China in the first half of 2012.  In addition to the existing products, which include coverage for WCDMA and HSPA, Nokia also plans LTE and CDMA products to address specific local market requirements.

After Using Samsung Galaxy S

I just brought Samsung galaxy S. Now everybody knows it’s specs bla bla bla but i am going to tell the experience. 1st of all super amoled gives it great view but the stock o/s foryo seek huge battery life but that not a huge issue because official 2.3 has been released. Now starting from app support as all knows 1ghz is good but not enough for android so if you are going to play 4-5 hour constant then don’t go for it because after that it not only slows down but also it’s back side goes hot that is all galaxy versions issue this also happens when you charge your phone also. But if you are going to play games want’s to fit in pocket but needs great android device then this is a great buy. for me it has all & just recent i tried SPB SHELL 3D this supports perfectly into it & this is greatest launcher i had ever seen. Also supports Asphalt6 hdwill update in a new blog with screenshots soon stay tuned.

Nokia announced the Nokia N9

Nokia today announced the MeeGo-based N9 smartphone at Singapore in Nokia Communications 2011, built for people who appreciate a stunning blend of design and the latest smartphone technology.

The Nokia N9 introduces an innovative new design where the home key is replaced by a simple gesture: a swipe. Whenever you’re in an application, swiping from the edge of the display takes you home.

The three home views of the user interface are designed to give fast access to the most important things people do with a phone: using apps, staying up to date with notifications and social networks, and switching between activities.

The industrial design of the Nokia N9 is an example of extreme product making and craft. The body is precision-machined from a single piece of polycarbonate and flows seamlessly into beautiful curved glass. The laminated deep black display means that the user interface just floats on the surface of the product.

The Nokia N9 also packs the latest in camera, navigation and audio technology for a great all-round experience.

Features:-

Innovative all-screen design
With no need for a home key, the all-screen Nokia N9 makes more room for apps to shine. The 3.9-inch AMOLED screen is made from scratch-resistant curved glass. The polycarbonate body enables superior antenna performance. This means better reception, better voice quality and fewer dropped calls.

Camera, maps and multimedia
The 8-megapixel Carl Zeiss autofocus sensor, wide-angle lens, HD-quality video capture and large lens aperture enable great camera performance even in lowlighting conditions. This makes the Nokia N9 one of the best camera-phones ever produced.

The Nokia N9 features free turn-by-turn drive and walk navigation with voice guidance in Maps. With the new dedicated Drive app, you can get in your car and start navigating to your destination right away.

You can watch videos in true 16:9 widescreen format. And because the Nokia N9 is also the world’s first smartphone with Dolby® Digital Plus decoding and Dolby Headphone post-processing technology, you get a surround sound experience with any set of headphones.

Touch just got better
Fitted with the latest in wireless technology, Near Field Communication (NFC), the Nokia N9 allows you to easily share images and videos between devices by touching them together.  Pair it with Bluetooth accessories like the new NFC-enabled Nokia Play 360° wireless music speaker only once, and you get a great surround sound music experience with just a tap.

Colors and Memory
The Nokia N9 will be available in three colors – black, cyan, and magenta with storage options to accommodate plenty of content: 16GB and 64GB. The Nokia N9 is scheduled to be in stores later this year, with availability and local pricing to be announced closer to the sales start.

HTC brings one of its most advanced smartphones ever to the United States exclusively to T-Mobile customers

BELLEVUE, Wash. – April 12, 2011 – HTC Corporation, a global leader in mobile innovation and design, today introduced the HTC Sensation 4G, a smartphone that shines a spotlight on entertainment with HTC’s new HTC Watch™ video service. Crafted with premium design elements, the HTC Sensation 4G features the company’s latest customer-focused HTC Sense™ experience that puts people at the center by making their smartphones work in a more simple and natural way. The
HTC Sensation 4G will be available in the US exclusively at T-Mobile USA beginning this summer.

“Consumers have quickly transformed smartphones into consumer lifestyle hubs that are pocket- sized entertainment centers that enable people to take their favorite multimedia content with them wherever they go. The new HTC Watch service makes it fun and easy for people to access premium movies and TV shows while on the go,” said Peter Chou, CEO of HTC Corporation. “The HTC Sensation 4G combines this great multimedia experience within the latest HTC Sense experience in a
premium device that delivers a powerful and unprecedented smartphone to our customers.”

“The HTC Sensation 4G delivers the ultimate in speed and entertainment on America’s Largest 4G network,” said Andrew Sherrard, senior vice president of marketing for T-Mobile USA. “With a lightning-fast dual core processor and 4G speeds, customers will feel the difference when accessing rich media and content on the HTC Sensation 4G’s beautiful qHD display. We look forward to adding the HTC Sensation 4G to our industry-leading lineup of 4G smartphones.”

Premium Design and Materials
Tapping into HTC’s trademark design language, the HTC Sensation’s premium look and feel is enhanced by its rounded edges, aluminum unibody construction and the touch screen surface is protected by a contoured screen that feels more natural as a finger is glided across it. The 4.3-inch qHD display delivers high-resolution widescreen viewing and gives the HTC Sensation slender proportions that feel natural in a person’s hand. At the heart of the HTC Sensation beats a powerful,
1.2-gigahertz dual-core Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ processor, which enables gorgeous graphics and all-around fast performance.

HTC Sense
Complementing the HTC Sensation’s premium design is the latest HTC Sense experience that boasts a host of new features and enhancements, helping people to have more fun and get more done. For instance, HTC Sense introduces a customizable active lockscreen experience that transforms the lockscreen into a real-time window to the most important information and content, such as social updates, photos, weather or stock updates that are viewed by simply turning on the display. In addition, the new active lockscreen becomes a customizable gateway that lets people quickly jump to the most used features, like making a phone call, sending an email, taking a picture or anything else with the same quick gesture usually used to unlock the phone. For instance, the camera can be launched right from the lock screen with a single motion, saving precious seconds when you’re trying to capture the action. Sharper graphics, vibrant animations and new widgets make HTC Sense look better than ever and, by continuing to focus on all of the aspects, both large and small, that make HTC Sense special, HTC introduces a more cinematic and immersive weather experience with stunning imagery and audible weather effects.

HTC Sense also makes it easy to have fun by enabling people to capture and share special moments. The HTC Sensation’s 8-megapixel camera doesn’t just shoot gorgeous photos but, with the new instant capture feature, lets people capture the moments they want without worrying about missing or keeping up with the action. The HTC Sensation also shoots full HD video in 1080p resolution, with full stereo sound, at up to 30 frames a second, giving you smooth video that is better than many
other phones. With the new Video Trimmer tool, people can crop their clips to the perfect size for easy sharing with friends and family.

HTC Watch
The HTC Sensation is a smartphone that is built from the ground up for a sophisticated, evolved multimedia experience. The 4.3″ widescreen display means that users can watch movies like they were meant to be seen – in their full cinematic glory, with no cropping or letterboxing. The HTC Sensation is also the first smartphone to feature HTC Watch – an application and service that puts an entire library of the latest, premium movies and TV shows right at your fingertips, letting people discover the latest video content in an easy and visually engaging way. HTC Watch uses progressive download technology that makes it possible to watch videos without waiting for a huge file to finish downloading. HTC Watch offers the choice of renting or buying videos, and if purchased, lets you watch them on up to five different HTC devices.
